REVERSE ENGINEERING

Need to manufacture an existing structure or item and have no drawings? We can reverse engineer it and supply drawings for you to fabricate an exact (or even improved) replacement. Precision and accuracy is our core policy.

CNC DXF/DWG DRAWINGS

DWG and DXF drawings for laser cutting, plasma cutting, rolling, bending, punching, etc. We draw the component you need and supply in the format your CNC supplier needs for CNC nesting and programing.

GEOMETRIC DEVELOPMENT

Cone, cylinder, bend and roll development. Need a cone or similar rolled? We develop flat patterns of any three dimentional shapes for sheet metal and plate work. This can also be done for material that needs to be segmented and joined.

LASER SCANNING

We offer a laser scanning service using the highly accurate Faro Scanner. Any structure can be scanned accurately and then pointclouds are used for precise realtime measuring. This is followed by accurate drawings for architecture, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.

PROTOTYPING

Prototyping service available for any item, part, component, device, product. If we designed it, we can make it. 3D printed or fully manufactured. Engineering with producability in mind is of highest importance to us.
